Clearance Stage
Removal of contaminated items, nesting debris and bulk material forms the first stage before detailed cleaning, disinfection and any required bird-proofing work.

Post-Clearance
Heavy guano and debris can require staged removal followed by sanitation and exclusion measures. The later image shows the area after clearance work, with bird netting visible across the open elevation.
Where contamination is linked to pigeons, rodents or other pest activity, cleaning alone may not prevent the problem from returning. The source of the contamination should be investigated and, where appropriate, proofing or exclusion work can be quoted separately.
